We are so glad that we chose Chris as our agent to sell our house! The top three reasons why we did, are:
– Chris’s expertise in the MK market was evident from our first meeting. He provided honest advice on property values and selling process timelines, giving us the confidence to go ahead with our decision.
– Dealing with a single person, rather than an agency – It saves you time, prevent misunderstandings and simplifies the process massively.
– Since we knew there would be days when we were going to be out of town, it was key to be able to count on someone who was based in Milton Keynes, and available for any contingency that might arise when we weren’t in, such as home inspections or surveys.

Throughout our home-selling process, Chris was incredibly communicative and professional. He promptly answered calls, WhatsApp messages and emails, he even met us on a weekend, which was particularly convenient to us given that we work Monday to Friday. He kept us informed about each step of the process and expedited the paperwork.

Chris provided support beyond just the transaction. When we were stressed about moving timelines, Chris explained clearly the final steps, shared reliable advice and provided his help on the outstanding activities, such us facilitating access to the house for both the cleaning service company and the gas engineer, as well as having a final check of the house to ensure all was in place before the completion date.
