Chris is by far and away the best estate agent we have ever met. His attention to detail, his courteous, calm and professional manner and his obvious expertise filled us with confidence, even before we listed our property with his agency. He spent time to explain the processes and gave us advice on how to best present our home, encouraging us to take our time to clear out and place things in storage prior to the listing photos, so that everything was “just right” and we were showing our property in the best light.

His pricing structure is very fair and he is completely honest about everything up front. The photographer he used to take the listing photographs was very friendly and professional too. We were very impressed with Chris’s ability to fly his drone to get aerial shots of the property and surrounding area, and how he reassured one of our shyer neighbours that his property would not appear on the video footage. Chris sent us drafts of all the listing materials, including the videos and photographs, and asked for our input and comments before publishing anything on his website and the other listing sites. We were delighted with everything, especially the realistic photographs. So often when you see listing photos and then view a property you come away feeling slightly disappointed as the reality doesn’t always live up to the online listing, but the photos Chris uses are spot on and exactly like the real thing.

We chose to go with his suggestion of an open day to show off the house to potential purchasers and we were not disappointed. He achieved two serious and sensible offers from prospective purchasers on the very first day!

Because we were buying out of the Milton Keynes area, house-hunting was a relatively protracted process for us, but despite the difficulties, Chris and his team kept us cheerful and positive, discussing everything very rationally and putting a different slant on things when we struggled with the timescale or other issues, such as sellers dropping out of the chain. Chris kept in touch with us regularly through WhatsApp, phone, and personal visits, and he went above and beyond our expectations keeping up with all parts of the chain and pushing things along when necessary.
