If I could of given Chris a ten star rating i would give it, no problem at all. We were on the market for 10 weeks with Connells and had a very painful experience, with very little feedback and communication and no offers. Chris approached us via a letter drop and we gave him a call. He listened to our situation and gave us some free advice and offered his services to us. After a brief consultation, my wife and I decided to terminate our contract with Connells and sign up with Chris. He quickly arranged a photo shoot of the house and also produced his own video showcasing the property and our local area. We launched on a Saturday morning, and by the end of the weekend we had 6 viewings booked in on the Monday afternoon. Chris spent some good time with the prospective buyers, and by the Monday evening we had a solid offer at asking price. He has been tireless in his approach and has taken a lot of the stress away from the process by being the middle man between our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the developer where our new home is being built. I can’t thank Chris enough for his efforts and for getting our property sold to make the jump to our dream house a reality. I will certainly be recommending Chris to my friends, relations and colleagues should they need an estate agent. He has an open and honest approach and was in constant communication with us at all times.
