Where to start! I am fortunate enough to have worked in the property industry for over 28 years and have access to many agents all of whom would have ‘looked after me’ or ‘had a guaranteed buyer’. I chose Chris above everyone else in my area as I felt he would be treating my home like his own, for him its personal and about supporting you and sharing the journey. I was not wrong. The journey was not straight forward but Chris was there championing, listening and encouraging, even when I put my emotional ‘home-seller’ head on and lost my ‘property professional’ perspective and ignored all the advice I would have been giving to my own clients he was calm, rational and available. The boot is much harder on the other foot, I could not imagine how this sale would have gone had I of been selling with one of the well known corporate agencies or high street names. I was not just a ‘sale’ or a ‘sum of money’. I was a real person, going through a difficult sale due to buyers moving the goalposts constantly, and every time I needed Chris he was there, he goes above and beyond and then even further.
