Where to start! I am fortunate enough to have worked in the property industry for over 28 years and have access to many agents all of whom would have ‘looked after me’ or ‘had a guaranteed buyer’. I chose Chris above everyone else in my area as I felt he would be treating my home like his own, for him its personal and about supporting you and sharing the journey. I was not wrong. The journey was not straight forward but Chris was there championing, listening and encouraging, even when I put my emotional ‘home-seller’ head on and lost my ‘property professional’ perspective and ignored all the advice I would have been giving to my own clients he was calm, rational and available. The boot is much harder on the other foot, I could not imagine how this sale would have gone had I of been selling with one of the well known corporate agencies or high street names. I was not just a ‘sale’ or a ‘sum of money’. I was a real person, going through a difficult sale due to buyers moving the goalposts constantly, and every time I needed Chris he was there, he goes above and beyond and then even further. I cannot recommend him highly enough. A thank you is just not enough to express our gratitude

What can I say, Chris is an Estate Agent legend!!! Nothing was too much trouble for him, always answered my many questions and pushed the sale through to get us moving on the date we had aimed for.
A thoroughly nice chap, knows his stuff and communicates with a calm and reassuring manner.

When I first met Chris he understood what I wanted when it came to selling my house. As soon as it went live had lots of interest but sold to the first person that showed interest. The paperwork side of things were a nightmare but Chris was on the case chasing it up. We exchanged in July & we completed in August. Never have we even met someone like Chris. The most professional, humble and understanding person we have ever met. We had a traumatic experience with our buyers and every step of the way Chris was always there to reassure us that everything was ok. Giving us timeless advice to ease our burdon. He always picks up the phone when we needed him and always updated us on the progress. E-mail updates were regular and topped with a phonecall if we had a concern. Thank you Chris. I do not know where to start, difficult selling climate, small tight road with limited parking, but a nice house. Chris had his work cut out 😂. After finding a great buyer for our house we then had a challenging chain.

With all these factors often estate agents put in little effort. Chris was amazing during the process for selling the house he was constantly in contact, always great advice and never late to an appointment absolute perfection. I first spoke to Chris on a different matter, having already agreed to market my house with another estate agent I thought that was the last time. After being badly let down by this other company I got back in touch with Chris and asked him to market my house.
