Chris was the estate agent for the sellers whose house we purchased. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and Chris made us feel so supported throughout the process, even though he wasn’t hired by us! I wouldn’t like to think about what the process could’ve been like had it been managed by another agent who perhaps wouldn’t have been as supportive and professional. Chris has a very calm and friendly nature and we felt straight away that we could trust him and ask any (maybe silly!) questions we needed to throughout the process.
