Chris was the perfect estate agent for us. He took amazing photos and created an exceptional video to sell our house on Saturday. Sunday the house was marketed and we sold above asking price to someone who viewed on Monday! If I could of given Chris a ten star rating i would give it, no problem at all. We were on the market for 10 weeks with Connells and had a very painful experience, with very little feedback and communication and no offers. Chris approached us via a letter drop and we gave him a call. He listened to our situation and gave us some free advice and offered his services to us.
